Have you ever wished you didn't have to figure out what to cook? We offer meal planning services which include a pantry audit and consultation. With this information we can help you plan meals which meet your tastes and needs.  Do you want to save more time and energy?  Let us prepare a meal calendar, with daily menus already filled in for you.  Made to order, this calendar can be ordered with from 1-3 meals per day, with recipes included and from one week to one year.   

In addition, we offer in home cooking services where we will prepare your meal and serve it to your table.  Why not plan a romantic dinner for two and have it served in your home?  Or you can give a dinner for two as a gift certificate from Sheila's Specialties. Or if there are health challenges where standing over the stove is difficult, let us come in and do the work for you.  We also will prepare freeze ahead meals and offer cooking classes.
